the distortion effect occurs when you save the file in Paint, it's when the program decides to smooth everything and so it gets distorted. The original image was actually way larger then the allowed size so I downsized it, this seemed to affect the quality as well.
P.S. Do you know of or use and programs that could help me improve the overall quality.;)
