I listen to everything from King Crimson to The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion to Teranoid & MC Natsack haha.
Since musical taste is entierly subjective I don't really see a need for a poll (especially in a community like this where everyone would just vote happy hardcore jpop or whatever)
Right now I'm into really exparimental stuff-Slake, Mitsuto Suzuki, Radiohead, Hybrid, etc. I don't mind a little Mastodon or Rhapsody now and then
i guess for japanese music, i dont really care for mainstream stuff like Ayumi...most of the artists who have contributed to the .hack// stuff have been quite good, expecially See-Saw and Ali Project. I'm also a huge fan of Asaki, an little known Progressive-Electric-Visual-Kei group , its really quite cool.
