I would have to say... Grimmjow, just because he is so damn awesome lol. Use to like Ichigo a lot in the beginning, but now he just isn't as cool as he use to be. I also liked the evil Hallow that took over Ichigo, he was cool.

My favourite character in bleach is definitely urahara kisuke ... although he doesn't look cool in his appearance but his personality is so cool ....
