I'll simply point out funny moments.

1. Master Roshi asking to see Bulma's underwear in DB.
2. Just about every scene in One Piece.
3. The scene in Strawberry Eggs when the two perverts found out the schoolgirls, were wearing burumas.

Ouran high host club! It's not exactly a comedy, but it makes me laugh more than most anime i've seen.

hmm, maybe some episodes from Trigun, Ookiku Furikabutte, the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya, and some others ~will update this cause i don't remember the anime series that i have watched, :p~ but the dominant series tat i would call hilarious are Chobits, Love Hina and School Rumble. those three are my top choices if u want to have a good laugh.

Lucky Star was hilarious along with Genshiken and Genshiken 2007 although I've noticed from a few of my friends that Genshiken is a bit of an acquired taste as well as parts of Lucky Star.

Yeah, One Piece has a lot of good moments like that. I also find the whole "Zorro has a terrible sense of direction" thing funny, specially since I have a terrible sense of direction myself
