What kind of anime would you want animators to create? For example, your favorite manga or simply something you really enjoy?

I'd like to see anime about chess and science nerds

I would love to watch more society/politics/religion/mankind/etc criticising stuff like
ErgoProxy or Texhnolyze for example

ah yes ,some feudal anime would be nice either.

I would like to see some creative alternate history or science fiction (something like Timeline-191 or Worldwar) as anime. That would be great. The usual 15-year-old-serving-as-potential-pilot-for-a-mecha has been copied too often, IMO.

Oh, and I had wished for The Golden Compass to be turned into an anime one day... I really loved the book and it would have fitted so perfectly.

I dream of a day when anime becomes a spot on match of the manga that spawns it. A lot gets cut out of a manga when converted to anime, for example Trigun, apparently a lot was cut from the manga.

As of late I haven't seen many animes where there's just a bad --- main character or really any action shows that caught my attention. So I wouldn't mind more resembling, for example; Cowboy Bebop.

I'd love to see an anime that's somewhat of a spoof of typical fare...

My basic concept is that this college kid gets transported to an alternate dimension by a crazy scientist who thinks that he's a legendary half-dragon that is destined to save the world. He eventually goes on a journey to do so with a baby-sized talking and walking robot, a giant chicken man, and other weird characters.

In other words, Bo-BoBo in a Final Fantasy setting.

Part of that sounds like Noein... Well really only the scientist and alternate dimensions and maybe the half-dragon part since the show has the Dragon Torque. Nothing with baby-sized robots and chickens though

Now that's something I'd like to see. Obviously there are a few animes that use real life backgrounds in it, but anime characters + real people would be crazy.
