Reason: My brother's friend gave him the dvds to watch, but I watched them instead.
Did it become one of my favorites: Yes, I enjoyed it a lot and it became my favorite anime

Year: 1981~1982
Genre: Swordplay, Comedy
Rating: 04/10
Reason: I was a kid and it was on TV

It's watchable, and kids still enjoy it.

mm I seem to forgot, but actually the very first anime I ever watched was Dragon Ball Z, but that dosn't really count >.> =P
