Anime Character's Game

I been on several anime forums and this game had an actual success because people can discover anime they never seen before as well as interesting things.

So it's actually like this people:

One person will post one anime picture in this thread using the "spoiler" tag - actually this tag doesn't exist in this forum, so I'll have to ask someone to add it.
*Genjuu Note: We have a spoiler tag now*

Then the other forum users will have to find out the name of the anime and the name(s) of the character(s) that are in the picture.

The one who originally posted the picture will confirm if it is correct or not. If it is correct, it is the turn of the one who found out the correct answer to put a picture.

The picture poster can give tips to fasten up the discovery of it, or can be mean and let the people try and find out by themselves.

Any kind of help can be used, since no-one can see what the users are doing.

This is just for fun, so no-one will gain anything besides anime knowledge.

And then, to start with the game, I'll post the picture, the names of the 4 people in it please.

The name of the anime is "Lucky Star"
the names of the characters from left to right are:
Yutaka Kobayakawa, Minami Iwasaki, Sōjirō Izumi, And I belive the last one is Yui Narumi.

Yep, remember that Yui is a doujinshi artist, and she often sees Yukata and Minami in lesbian situations.

You know the syndrome of the people who "remember" seeing a character somewhere but can't find out where the hell they are from?

I got that just now...

Oh btw... if the manga page you're showing was never made into an anime, it'll be even more difficult to discover from where they are. So please refrain from putting manga pics from mangas that were never made into anime.

Anyways... I don't have a clue...

Okay...that's not really a hint, so I'll give you a real hint now.

The name of the main character is in the name of this anime.

Actually Yui is the Police Woman who is Yutaka's Sister. The one who is the doujinshi artist is Hiyori Tamura. I at first though it was Hiyori in the picture (the glasses fooled me and nature of the picture itself did too) but I later realized the Hiyori does not have short hair or those style glasses.

Anyway now for the picture.
Hey, what do we do if we don't know all the characters requested?
I Know what it's from but I only know one of the characters names.
