 | To Aru Majutsu no Index is a good one and i can say Hajime No Ippo is also a good one! right now i cant think of any other good ones  |

| Clannad + Clannad Afterstory (very sad, no action though) Rurouni Kenshin (sad moments and good action) Both have great storylines IMO |

| Honey and Clover, no action though But judging by what is in your list a drama like this might not do, so Baccano! maybe, much less drama, but MORE action and the plot is good

 | cowboy bebop: action, drama, plot, and the single best soundtrack ever! gunslinger girl: although it sounds like an action packed anime, it really revolves around the relationships between the girls (who are 9-13) and their handlers.
