| If you're after comedy anime, i've got no clue, but for normal there is Bottom- Two revolting, sleazy, idiotic losers live in a crap flat and mostly make toilet humour jokes or bash the crap out of each other, my favourite comedy ever. Hale and Pace and Mitchell and Webb- Two of the best skit shows ever made, short hilarious scenes of comedy genius. Don't forget books- Skulduggery Pleasant is funny and engauging I would recommend you wiki or google these before any cash is changing hands.
