Plot More than 10 years have passed since the bubble economy ended. The world has polarized into the wealthy and the poor, and Japan is not an exception. Wealth is pursing its desire and pleasure, and Tokyo has become a city of pleasure.
Saiga is a photo journalist, but his passport was confiscated and he has to stay in Japan. One day, he is asked to cover a secret club, “Roppongi Club”. It is a club which only a few selected people can join. It is said that the member can get ultimate pleasure. He manages to get in the club. Then, he meets a girl, Kagura, who asks him for help. She is manipulated by the manager, Suitengu, and she is treated as the symbol of the club. Saiga runs away with her. After that, he finds he has obtained a special ability by the encounter with her. Also, the pursuers of Roppongi Club are those who have obtained special abilities.

Plot Lukuss is a forsaken City where despair and violence is widespread. Its sole purpose of existence is mining rafia, a rare material that connects the human body, a necessity to texhnolyzation - manufacturing mechanical limbs.
There lives Ichise, a boy who carves his life in gamble boxing to live, Ran, a girl who sees the near future and Oonishi Kyogo, the leader of Organo who can hear the "Voice of the Town".

Lukuss is governed by force by Organo, a battle equipped working class organization. An opposing anti-tehnolyze force is the Citizen Salvation Alliance led by Kalis Makimata. There also exists a gang of texhnolyzed youths proclaiming freedom called Racan. Out of the city live the people of Gabe, a subterranean spiritual community following the words of The Seer.

The town symbol Obelisk silently watches the delicate balance of Lukuss, for chaos is about to unfold.

Plot The Anime is set in the US in the very near future in what appears to be a small West Coast town.

Harry is definitely not your average American teenager. Instead, he is the epitome of an "alienated youth" - friendless at school, extremely weird and nervous to the point of paranoia. But a chance occurrence causes Harry to start to demonstrate what appear to be psychic powers - yet he neither believes in them nor consciously controls them.
But there are other ominous forces at work who do believe in Harry, and attempt to make use of him in ways that are threatening and frightful.
