hey it was messing up my building in which i lived
and it was not a kitten
a little older than a kitten ; teenage cat

and i was kind enough to pick it up and take it out the building instead of just kicking it out
it scratched me and so I had to drop it, not my fault the stairs were right there when it used her claws on my hand
