Can't view certain things

I have been having this problem for awhile now where when I go on a website it won't let me view certain videos or stuff. This always comes up



It has been getting on my nerves because there's a lot of stuff I want to watch but unable to. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

I tried tht before, but it's weird because I had to be on my mom account (she's the computer admin) so I could download it. When I did it fixed the problem for my mom's, but when I went back on mine it didn't work for me. And I can't go on my mom's without her password

if it works in the computer admin account you could have your mom upgrade your account to another admin account [if she's willing to]. that should give you the same rights and privileges

ok - try finding the download from before and install it on YOUR account. or you should be able to download the link i posted. it's an updated version of flash active-x specifically for internet explorer [i see by your screen shot that you're using ie.]

i know you already installed it on your mom's account - but humor me and try my updated link. it's made to allow ie to display flash files.

another thing you could do is download the flash files to your computer and watch them with a flash viewer. if you need to do that, let me know and i'll post info for that solution.

i'll try downloading tht on mine even tho i tried before but urs might be better lol but i have to wait for my moms password to install it on mine so i'll get back to u if it works in a few days
