After you finish the installation you will someting link this, check "reset all setting" if you installed other codecs

Grab latest MPHC and FFDShow from here xvidvideo.ru and you're good to go.

The KMPLayer all the way for me, does everything out the box, looks nice too. I tried VLC, and MPC and a few others but keep coming back to KMP. Although since it sold out to Pandora the potplayer is also nice ;)

It's Korean so main website is in Korean, if you can't read that here is the English forums below.
