By color codes you mean these? Web Color Chart - Hexadecimal - by VisiBone
In that case:

Green: 99FF66/66FF33
Pink: FF99FF/FF00FF
Blue: 33CCFF/6633FF

Use those for clothes, and for skin just use a normal light skin color

anyway, im going to be stationed in puerto rico for a week at the military base to do some training so i will work on this stuff when i get back
