My Excuse ::: They Don't have any matching Hair-Line/Nose/Eyes/Hair-Style
for any of my pics so this is the most I can do
though I still think it lacks something
but I can't be bothered any more

Wow I think you did pretty good. I feel your pian on the hair limitations. And hey if it makes you feel better I could definitely convict you if that was the artist rendering of a suspect
Here's a few ms paint edits on my earlier ones. I fixed the top of the hair and added freckles to the first one and added a mole to the second

yaaaay to MSPaint edits .. It's so old school now but still does the job with so much less trouble that doing it via Photoshop

Yeah I try to avoid photoshop when I can. It's just too much effort.
Speaking of too much effort this is my girlfriend. I spent WAY too much time on this (Japanese women are really hard to do on that site) but I got it pretty close.
