I used to hear horror stories about the early days of tech support with PCs.

Seems they'd get a lot of calls from customers complaining that the "cup holders" on thier PCs were really flimsy, and kept breaking.

Also secretaries would complain that the foot pedals were too small and that they broke too easily.

Guess which two devices I'm talking about.

Quite true.

We used to also get folks saying their mouse arrow would disappear when they used their mouse.

After about 30 min of troubleshooting we found out the lady was putting the mouse on the monitor screen, and then moving it.
