Game Characters...Game - FTP-Anime Forums

All right, seeing the monumental success of the Anime Characters Game, I thought might as well create one for games as well. I know we have the Game Hunt Game thread, but this is different. I will post the first character here and I hope the thread can take off and we can have some fun. Here we go:

No. Ill toss a hint. The developer of the game is Propaganda Games. At this point it should only be a matter of Wikipedia and typing in the developer. Cheers.
