Also, I didnt have to look at the Properties of that image to guess what it was, but in future pic submissions it would be wise to exclude the name of the game from the image URL...you would be surprised how many people use that to suddenly become "good" at guessing.

LOL. Its obviously Splinter Cell in general, but more specifically it is Double Agent and even more specifically it is the mission in Kinshasa, Congo. ;)
