| For those that want to catch a rare glimpse of the elusive Spartan on film here I am. ![]() ![]() First image is me in the middle of a kong, the second is me tacking off a wall and landing on a parallel wall. Notice the leg tuck in the kong? That is the main aim in a good kong, well tucked legs. By the way the second one is a flow picture that my mate did by editing a string of photos together. And yes for those that wish to know, that is a Tekken 6 hoodie that I got with my game

| Co-sign on that Parkour is badass. I still do it from time to time but I've gotten out of shape so I can't do the crazy stuff. Still I do what I can cuz I'm kind of an adrenaline junky

| Ok guys here's my new idea for the year. As much as I love writing stuff out (especially if it's something I happen to be mega passionate about). I haven't got the patience most writers were blessed with. Therefor, my new project for this year will be video tutorials and demonstration. Basically I'm gonna put vids up on youtube over the year and I'll post the links up here. Is there anything in particular anyone would like to see first? Also if there is any information which folks would like me to write for reference just ask and I'll happily oblige. Thanks all!

| Hey dude, cool pics and vids, jut wondering what martial arts you do. I was all geared up to learn Muay Thai but them the place closed down, looks like my own self taught kick-boxing hybrid is all for now.

| What I train in is Bushi Justu. Good luck finding anywhere that does it though ![]() As for self teaching I highly advise against it. Everyone who attempts to self teach (and I am saying this based against everyone that has attempted to impress me with 'what they taught themselves') inevitably falls into the ego trap that comes from not having a realistic backboard of failure, trial and error and constant live action challenge. 'Style' is never important, only how much you apply yourself to your given discipline and how much you are realistically prepared to sacrifice in order to achieve. If ya need anymore comprehensive advice I'll be happy to help

| when I said self-taught kick boxing I meant I watched Kung-fu films and tried to emulate the easier moves on a boxing bag like palm strikes, bicycle kicks(I can do 2) and various others. My brothers also taught me boxing and some karate. As for the offer I would like to learn an actual martial art, but I live about 100kms(about 60 miles) from the nearest place. Anywhere online that can help me practice or anything. Also you say you practice in England, isn't it always wet there (I live in Aussie so it's dry here) don't you slip and fall a lot? P.S. you said it would be hard finding a place to train in Bushi Justu, it was hard just finding it on the web.
