| I do not do what is considered actual parkour but I love using jumps and rebounds to create new routes. I lack technique, grace, and style however I like to think I have the parkour spirit. I do enjoy watching actual parkour. Maybe someday I will invest the time and effort to learning it.

| Any one who likes parkour or other styles similar to it should definately check out the french movie District B13, B is for Bailto or something. it is french for suburb really. Any way it has David Belle in it, he is the guy who invented Parkour along with some friends, it has pretty awesome sequences and stuff. It is a kinda chase/action cop buddy movie so if you don't like that stuff. whatever.

| Totally! I saw it on Tv and thought i have to buy that and I did. The second one should be out on Dvd in europe, but no one has heard of it in Australia yet, or the first, philestines. Just shows the French know how to make a good action flick with a twist, hoping they make more Parkour inspired flicks!

| I'm currently putting a vid together. I can put some old stuff up, but it's showcasing my mates more than it showcases me . Believe it or not, I'm not actually very camera friendly when I train. My philosophy is it defeats the object of training. But I'll grab a link to an old vid and I'll put my newer vid up soon ok?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SdZ8Qq2eInc (this is why they call me the spartan) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9fes2N3VZNo (not parkour, but an ok vid; forgive spelling mistake! lol) It would appear that upon searching youtbe for my spartans don't do laces vid, it's been removed. Therefor I am going to just have to make a new vid. Apologies, and I'll be done asap

| This is madness!!! 1 of 300!!!! Sorry couldn't resist mate ;-). That was pretty cool with your sword practice... I actually was a little afraid that you might hit your camera or someting else with your Katana... wheww... Would be cool if the room were a little bigger so one can see better and stuff. It looked pretty pro like as you draw the sword and later returned it.

| Member Serf of FTP-Anime | I have massive respect for people who practice parkour. It takes a lot of time, discipline and willpower. If I was a guy, I would totally be all over it, but alas, I am not. I have good agility and endurance, but it's hard for me, as a woman, to have the same upper body strength as most of these men do. I still like to work out on a regular basis, and do boxing and the like, but I can't do most of the things you guys do. It's pretty amazing! |
