There's no offical anime channel here in Finland either. Formerly know as Sub TV now days only Sub. Sometimes take some show on their list. I think yhey started with Dragon Ball Z and latest series is Fullmetal Alchemist. Channel it self is only 5 years old.

btw, KRTL(german or austrian TV for kids) is broadcasting some anime, I think it is naruto, but not sure... I no longer have KRTL
