he can still be president because he was still born an American citizen

to be American born you must have American parents, or be born on American soil if you fit though two requirements you can run and be like around 32 years old

Actually Vlad, McCain was born in Panama, that's considered outside the continental US.

But the rules are

At least 35 years of age
A citizen of the US for at least 14 years.
A natural born citizen or child of US citizens
