I'm not at all familiar w/ mnemosyne either, so I can't be sure, but when I looked it up on wiki, I saw two keywords: grotesque and erotic. So following that guideline, here are few suggestions:

Elfen Lied
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai
Shigurui

Well, Mnemosyne has a lot of boobs, blood and torture and a very complicated, mysterius story. Higurashi seems to be the best fit imo. It doesnt have boobs though...

Mnemosyne is really dark and stuff, i don't think there is something really close to it. Espacialy since its really....hardcore sometimes...

The boobs part I dont mind, but everything else is too much for me.
