Milk white dark

It really depends on the chocolate...can't simply say which one is the best. But on average I can make a reasonable estimate.

I'll go for white milk dark...sometimes milk >> white, sometimes dark >> others, really depends.

white milk dark mostly but sometimes milk while dark ...as Vlad-san said...it depends on the chocolate

Dark, low fat, sugar, and full of antioxidants.

I use it in most of my confectionery experiments.

Problem is it doesn't melt well compared with milk chocolate, so I have to adjust my recipes.

I thought this was a discussion over who makes the best chocolate, I'd throw Gevalia into the hat.

Since some of the members are from Germany, Switzerland, and Belgium. I wanted the Euro perspective on good chocolate.

Also since some members are from Latin America(home of the some of the world's best choco ingredients), I wanted their perspective as well.
