Re-introduction thread - FTP-Anime Forums

Saddened by all the new introductions which even my first intro puts to shame, I have decided to create a re-introduction thread for myself. Here I will talk at length about myself and tell you all more of what you may want to know. Here we go:

My name is Armin Delic. I am a native Bosnian currently living in the state of Vermont, located in northeastern United States. I am an avid anime lover, having begun watching and taking an interest in anime a while before I arrived in the US. Some of my favorite and recommended animes are:

Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz

Cowboy Bebop

Rurouni Kenshin

GetBackers

Samurai 7

Akira

Ikkitousen (all of them)

Trigun

...and many others.

I found the FTP-Anime website while searching for places I could download anime from, and lo and behold I find this site, which has turned out to be so much more than I ever expected. I usually introduce myself clearly and thankfully at all websites that I use for my own gain, because I believe it is rightful. Not only that, but I also tend to get involved in forums as well. I enjoy doing this because it allows me to meet new people who simply like what I like.

At this point, I have become a moderator of this great website serving its members, and I am enjoying it immensely. The people are some of the friendliest I have met and also some of the most hard working. It has truly been a pleasure.

Now, for some personal info:

My birthday is March 9th, 1989, making me 19 years old as of now. Throughout my 19 years, I have visited about 11 different countries, some for a longer period of time than others. The world is an astounding and wonderful place, and you havent lived until you have seen at least as much as I have. Currently, I have been in the US for about 10 years, having arrived in 1998. I am a staunch patriot and believe in my country more than the typical citizen. Some have called it an extremist devotion. I call it an unwavering loyalty.

That should give you a simple overview of who and what I am. I urge everyone to approach me in two different ways if you want help or just want to talk. One way is to approach me as a moderator and officer of this forum if you need technical help or have a dispute with someone else. The other way is to approach me as a regular person with no special powers if you need to talk about personal things. I am always here to help in either way. Thank you all for reading and have a great day.

Haha. Thanks X. I think it was only fair that I elaborate to everyone in one, complete post as to my details. Its important for everyone who has at least a speck of appreciation for the hard work of this forum's staff to at the least write a half-decent intro like I have. It doesnt take much to thank someone whose services are priceless.

Hmmm....suddenly I'm thinking of Quark, anyhow welcome to the site.

War is hell, especially to those who are forced to dislocate.

I love re-intros, it's about as hokey as the Born Again "Virgin" concept.

Indeed. And yes, Quark is played by a guy named Armin Shimerman. The only difference is the last name.

If you've watched the previous debates, you've noticed the Perception Analyzer at the bottom of the screen. It records the reactions of about 30 "uncommitted" voters - but some say your brain can't devote its full attention to what the debaters are saying and what you're seeing.More..by proxrte101a
