Who/What is your favorite Japanese singer/band/group?

Mine would probably be Morning Musume, the latest generation. I don't know why, I'm usually not into girl bands...

I like the band that played the music in the anime BECK. its a great anime but the music is also great

My favourite is Otsuka Ai !

She makes those catchy songs that stay in your head the whole day: love it!
I like the music that Under 17 makes too, but the singing isn't really nice... :s

Hahahah vlad remember our plan?? Yup I like Morning Musume for girl band and for guy band well I think its Tackey&Tsubasa. they have pretty catchy songs, lots of different types of music

Jerome Williams Jr - JERO WTF? Not a fan, but wow, bros crooning in Japan, weird.

Of course there was Yoko Kanno at the Apollo theater in NY...

shocking lemon is pretty good, they made the opening theme for hajime no ippo, if you even have heard of that anime.
