ok i got some few manga sites where you can download. the most famous site is
www.stoptazmo.com has loads of animes. there is also...
www.downloadanime.org which you can read it online without downloading, http://www.acuherbxia.com/eyeshield21/menu.htm is a place where you can read eyeshield 21 online

I know this site very well: there is a lot of manga and the site is fast!
In addition if you are a contributing member (as me) you have a lot of more of licenced manga!
