    it's not shying from combat - just smart sense is all. boy ... officer or enlisted - that's a toughy. i respected officers who came from the enlisted ranks more than most other officers ...
    but then again, you're right there with the education man!!! you've got a tough decision and i'm afraid i can be much help - i value my days as an enlisted man and don't know WHICH way i'd go now.
    hmmm ... i guess your argument about learning the base skills carries alot of weight. good luck with deciding bro!!! the only thing i would counsel you on is to approach your enlistment with a career mindset.

    hey sub ... i think that's a great idea. the air force is the safest of the three and you can still make a career of it - if you're of a mind too. are you thinking of becoming an officer or an airman?

    well if you would like more knowledge about all branches (ie.pros and cons) let me know when we hang out. except marine corps im not too familiar with that branch. ill fill you in and tell you everything i know. i was at a tri-force tradoc base for a year so i know some of the nitty gritty. that way you can make a educated decision

    anyway i was wondering if you had any knowledge on state police written entry exam? like what does it consist of what kind of questions do they ask?
