Hmm...makes sense. It would explain why there are tens of thousands of registered members yet only several hundred active members, if at all. I can see how much of a pain this can be to the admins and the website.

LOL. For some reason, I cant really download or stream from a website when i see an active community representing it. I feel inclined to contribute. Its just my nature.
