nope just make a 1 min long voice clip. You need to sound energic and good understandable. Also you need a good master of the english language.

Ok ill see what I can do...I certainly hope im not the only one who submits a clip for the position. I may not the better of the people out there, but we'll see. Encouragement goes out.
