so i thought i would give this a try, kind of went overboard and it didn't turn out exactly as i had envisioned but i spent the time so maybe one of these if worth salavging (or not, the asthetics seem discordant from the site)

anyway i ended up doing 2 flash/avi banners (.swf flash links)

actually, this made me realize how easy it would be to create a quick AVI intro trailer.
