OpenOffice is a Microsoft Office clone that blows Microsoft Office away!!

Nvu is the mozilla WYSIWYG HTML editor that is FREE for all. and when i say free for all i mean ALL as Nvu have versions for Windows, Mac and Linux!

with Nvu you lay out your pages by sight or by HTML code as there are many tabbed options in Nvu.

wolf brings you SynthFont today- a small package piano roll midi editor - with a MONSTER secret! SynthFont uses soundfonts natively! Huh? you say - let me explain.

a loong long time ago in a land far away ... but i digress. the soundfont is the invention of Creative [emu] sound cards. originally the true "fonts" of say piano, chello, drums, guitar or whatever, would "plugin" to specific soundcards [the most well known being the sound blaster live! series] and instead of using the cheap midi sounds associated with every card till then, now you could use sount fonts - tiny manipulatable pieces of REAL sound!

so instead of playing a midi-piano you now play a real steinberg piano! instead of assigning "strings" you play a true violin or cello! WOOOOW! this was GREAT.

then comes along SynthFont and revolutionises the field EVEN more!! with SynthFont you don't need a special soundcard! SynthFont now loads the specific soundfont[s] into itself and will play to the speakers OR a file - to save and use for other things like youtube vid or background music for you to accompany with your great [... or not so great] vocal talents.

don't get me wrong - SynthFont is NO toy. there is a steep learning curve to produce anything of substance. but if you've SERIOUSLY been looking for a piece of software to produce some SERIOUS music - SynthFont is for you.

oh ... and by the way - free soundfonts can be found AAAAALLL over the internet. and if you're REALLY serious there are some great soundfonts for purchase as well.

today we have Any Video Converter Freeware for your enjoyment and anime tools. with Any Video Converter Freeware you gan convert many of the standard [oan NOT so standard!!] formats to another format - for example RM to AVI, MOV to MKV, MKV to MPG - and more!!!!

when installing Any Video Converter Freeware half way through there's a choice to install a BING search bar - i recommend saying no, then finishing your install places an icon on the desktop.

to operate Any Video Converter Freeware,double click on the Any Video Converter Freeware icon on your desktop and then click "Add Video" and choose the video you'd like to convert - the program is set by default to convert to Xvid AVI - so click the "Convert" button and wait - not all that long either!!!

i was VERY impressed with the ease of use and speed with which Any Video Converter Freeware changed my file[s] from one format to another. download Any Video Converter Freeware today and enjoy you anime in the format YOU want to store them in

i'll probably be hollered at but i'm recommending Internet Explorer 8!! why? i'm not recommending Internet Explorer 8 as your primary browser - but it also increases to performance of your Windows XP and above.

Internet Explorer 8 also gives you the capabily to print only the highlighted portions of a webpage and resize EVERYTHING so it can fit on 1 page!!!

so even if you're using Firefox [or Avant Browser - my browser of choice] - Internet Explorer 8 will enhance your windows experience. go upgrade to Internet Explorer 8 and improve your computer today!!!
