i've try to open that patch and the my av keep stopping me . .after i turn it off my firewall stopped me. .after i off my firewall i go to lunch

Try turning your FireWall off or any resident shield application to off too [disable]

check if there is an .nfo file or a readme.txt file
sometimes they have the serial written in them
the .nfo file has a blue icon and you will have to open it with notepad
Open notpad and drag drop the file in the blank notpad window
or just right-click and choose open with Notepad from selection

I have heard the Norton Slows down the PC and Takes heck load of CPU
At least that was the case for the old ones... I am not aware of the current situation with Norton Security
