Downloading problem - FTP-Anime Forums

Whenever i click on something to download instead of coming up with the normal "open, save, close" it comes up with "find, save, close". Then when i save it, and when it finally finishes downloading, it doesnt work and windows cant find the file anywhere.

what do I do?

Hmm, first post, and request already...

I don't know what do you use for downloading, so can' help you much dude. For me, the DL's work.

I dont use anything for downloading. Is there something I should be using? If so, where can I get it?

You dont need to use anything. Can you tell me which anime you are trying to download so that I can try it myself? Also, is the download off of the main website or in the forum? Thank you.

no, I dont think theres any problem with it. Its just whenever I've tried to download anime it doesnt work. Windows can't find the file for some reason. I just want to know why thats happening, and if theres anything I can do to fix it.

That stumps me. I only deal in problems which are on our end. I dont know how your comp can just download a file and then lose it. I cant see how that would work. Retry it and see if you can send me a screenshot of the error you get. I might recognize it.

Recall that the screenshot button is PrtScrn, to the right of F12. Just making sure you know so that we can avoid the simple stuff and get to the core of the problem. Thanks.

Yup, I see some problems there....
1) Using Vista...

DL is alright, altough, that find option is strange -> means you don't have the program to play that file
2) You don't have either codecs and player installed. I recommend KMPlayer or VLC which are working without codec, but instal CCCP just to be sure.
