I used to have a bad habit of drawing the eyes waaaaay too big.Used to make my creations look like aliens. Though I could draw little chibi guys easy lol.

I always make them to small
or too round
or too rectangular
but they never look like normal eyes >.>
even if I get the shape right I'm in trouble with the irises and colour and sigh

man you guys are great. sorry for the late response [moving places/busy IRL] but its great to know you guys are drawin. Just keep trying Meri, im sure theyre coming along just fine! It takes a while to get em right. I sometimes end up making them crooked/unlevel right off the bat.

but practice makes improvement right? well ill keep and eye out for your guys' art work in the fanart section! Hope to see your stuff too Hyper Shadow~

i'm gonna try to draw something but don't expect much all i've got is a good pencil and computer paper.

PSG Art tutorial

this one is great for people who need to learn the fundamentals of shadows/lighting, and overall texturing. It scrolls down, so dont be offset by the text block at the top of the page.

personally i love this tutorial. it has so much to offer. It teaches you how to get from cleaning up the linework to the finished product! Its very proffessional looking, and in anime style, for those who are interested.

I checked out both of your last postings link tutorials red - WOW.
a little overwhelming 4 me but impressive, professional and beautifully done - both of them. prolly a little above my level anyway but nice to check out for inspiration.

Well, many links about teaching drawing manga. I am free recently, maybe I should learn to draw something for my younger brother. He likes manga characters on picture books very much
