Have you seen Black Jack yet. It is about a surgeon that must try and cure the weirdest diseases and some of these have mysterious causes.

Eh? That's sort of vauge.... there're a lot of mystery animes out there

technically higurashi no naku koro ni and it's sequles are mystery animes.... um, i think there's one called Ghost Hunt or something, too.... =/ i don't know many
